ARRIVAL |

Pitches are available from 12 o’ clock, bungalows / maxi-caravans / appartments are available from 16 o’clock.
In case of delay we kindly ask you to inform the reception, the reserved pitch or accommodation will be at your disposal until 12 o’clock of the following day. |

DEPARTURE |
| |
The day of departure pitches must be left between 8 and 12 o’clock, accommodations between 8 and 10 o’clock. The final cleaning must be carried out by the customers, otherwise it is on payment (€ 26/36).
Due to delayed arrival or early departure customers must pay the whole booked period, even though the place is afterwards occupied. An early arrival doesn’t authorize an early departure. |

DEPOSIT |

In case of cancellation the deposit will be refound as following:
Until 45 days before arrival100%
Until 30 days before arrival50%
After there terms you won’t receive any money back. |

CAUTION |
| |
At the arrival a caution of 100 € must be paid for the accommodation. |

Warnings |

On arrival, guests are asked to hand in all passports which are required for police |

registration. The management reserves the right to hold these documents and return them when customers leave. |

Places are allocated by the Management. For internal organization purposes, |

changing places without authorization is strictly forbidden. |
|
No admission for visitors without prior authorization from the Management is allowed. |
| |
If admitted, they must leave their documents and pay the daily rate (if length of visit is more than one hour). |

The Management declines any responsibility for loss, damage and theft. |
| |
Guests are advised to deposit their money and valuables in the office. |
